Yesssss!

It was frustrating.
I wasn't sure if it was possible.

It seemed like I would never quite get there.

I was so close for a long time, but just couldn't get the last couple gone.

But I did!

I did it.

And. I. Am. Ecstatic.

I'm finally finally FINALLY back to my pre-baby weight!!!

Woo-Hoo!

Two nights ago I stepped on the scale and felt so giddy when I saw my pre-baby number.  I'd been so frustrated lately that I couldn't get back.  I have been close for a long time.  I thought it just couldn't be done.  Well, without at least *gasp* exercising.  Which I have never ever really done in my life.  Here and there occasionally, but  not much.  I was going to start in March (when Gray is 6 months) and I still plan to.  But I'm back to normal and didn't have to exercise.  Sa-weet!

I really shouldn't complain or gripe.   The week after I got home from the hospital after having my baby I only had 5 extra pounds.  I know.  I know.  Please don't hate me.  My mom was the same way.  We were lucky in that department I guess.  But I still wanted those 5 pounds gone. I know it's not much.  Josh said he couldn't even tell and didn't care.  But I did.  I'm sure all you ladies feel the same.  I didn't want to be the person who gains a little more each baby and never gets rid of it.  After 4 or 5, I'd definitely be able to tell!  And I did not want that.  I'm not ready to let myself go yet!
So I am celebrating!
It only took me 5 months.
I dont' know if that's normal or fast or slow, but I don't care.
'Cause I'm back!

  1. Lol Jenna you are such a skinny minny! I would consider myself lucky to be your pregnant weight! But I totally understand...right now I'm working toward my "pre-marriage" weight. I never understood the weight gain after marriage, but the late night pizza bites and chips that I just have to have when he does have cleared up the mystery for me lol. Anyway, good work!! And I love your cute style of writing :) Ok, I will now end my novel of a comment. Love you!
