Gettin' Closer

Today I'm officially 8 months pregnant! Only one more to go... I cannot believe it!  It seems I've been pregnant forever.  I'm sure this last month will probably feel like forever as well.  I already feel like I'm huge and I don't want to get even more huge! But I know I will.  Sleep is already quite difficult and I wake up ALOT.  I'm constantly having to switch the side I'm sleeping on.  And when I do I have to rearrange my 3 pillows in the process, which wakes me up.  I can't sleep on my back.  I can't wait to be able to lie on my back or tummy again.  I'm also getting backaches more often and the heartburn continues.  So that's all the bad, the good is that I feel my little Grayson moving around all the time and I love it.  I can't wait to hold him in my arms and be his mom.  I also can't imagine how different our lives are going be when I have him.  No more doing whatever we want whenever we want.  I'll miss that of course, but I'm more than excited to start this new stage for our family.  Anyways, that's how I'm feeling lately.  Here is my 35 weeks/ 8 months picture.

Just for fun- this is my doggy Gus.  He's a big, fluffy, sweet dog and I love going home so I can be around him.  Especially since I can't have a dog of my own right now. 

I'll post more later about the family vacation, being in Florida, and the baby shower my mom had for me!

One of my most favorite blogs to read is Shelley's blog, she is too cute and always posts about a variety of interesting things.  She gave me this award.

I'm supposed to give it to 5 people, but I don't know who wants to do it.  So I'd love for anyone to take it and answer the questions if you want to!

1. What would your perfect day consist of?

Sleeping in with my hubby, going to the beach during the day, and out to a cool, fun restaurant for dinner.  

2. Walking in the woods in wellies or barefoot on the beach?

Haha, nope!

4. Do you believe in Fairies?

no, but I love reading books with fairies in them like Ella Enchanted and the Fablehaven series

5. What hobbies are you working on?

Lately, it's been working on Grayson's nursery, which is pretty much done.  I'll do a post on it soon, but it still needs a few finishing touches.  I also love scrapbooking and home decor.

Josh finished his last day of his first year of medical school on Friday.  I am SO proud of him and he has done SOOO well all year.  He got A's in all of his classes!   He is glad to have a break for a little while.  Sadly, they only get a month off between 1st and 2nd year, but we are grateful for it.  We went out to lunch on Friday with some other couples in our ward who are also first year medical students.  It was fun to celebrate together.  Here are some pictures from the italian restaurant we went to.
