Thanks for everyone who voted in my poll for the giveaway prize! If you've looked lately, you can see that the ruffle headband won by a landslide. I was a little surprised see as that was only thing I hadn't made before so you had no idea how it would look. I guess that's a good thing. It means you have faith in me that I can make a good one, right?!
Ok, so I picked out some pretty fabric and started playing around with sizes and ruffle techniques. Then I used my lovely sewing machine and came out with these 2 different headbands.
So there you have it. The purple striped pleated ruffle and pink and brown ruffle headbands.

And oh yeah, the pink and brown ruffle piece is
interchangeable. Meaning it slides on and off so you can adjust it exactly where you want it to sit on your pretty head. It also means you can make some more cute headband pieces to slide on if you want. Fun! The backing is felt which helps make it stay where you place it. It won't slide around on your head. I didn't do the purple one that way because I made it first and hadn't thought to do that yet.
